Photo scanning: 
1. By default we will not be careful regarding the order in which we scan the pictures. The file name that will be given to the pictures is the combination of intials of customer and the number of the picture (e.g. if the name is John Smith htne the file name of the first picture will be js000001.jpg). If you want the pictures to be in a specific order than please number them. 
2. Please write "DO NOT BEND" on the envelope to prevent accidental damage to the pictures. Please note that we are not responsible for any damage that is done to the photos while they are being delivired to or from us. 

Digital Albums and WebAlbums: 
1. If you want the pictures to be placed in mutliple categories, then we will ask you to wrap the pictures for each catergoy into a separate piece of plastic or paper and attach a sticker to each pack with the name of the category. 
2. We will scan the pictures in the order that they are in when we receive them with the topmost picture being the first one. We strongly encourage you to number the pictures if possible since this will help us avoid ordering mistakes. If pictures are to be placed in separate categories then please number each category separately always beginning with 1. 
3. If you want captions next to the pictures then please attach a piece of paper with the number of the picture and the text of caption that corresponds to that picture. Please print clearly. You can place as many captions as you want on one sheet of paper. 
4. Please write "DO NOT BEND" on the envelope to prevent accidental damage to the pictures. Please note that we are not responsible for any damage that is done to the photos while they are being delivired to or from us. 

Custom Albums: 
1. These directions apply to custom digital albums. 
2. Please attach a sheet of paper with the inscription that you would like to appear on the CD label and tray card (each one can have a different inscription). You can also specify which picture you want to appear on the tray card (just write the number of the picture, and, if applicable, the category that it is in). 

Existing digital images: 
1. You can send them to us on the following media: 
     a. Floppy disk 
     b. Zip disk 
     c. CD-ROM 
     d. CD-RW disk 
2. Please specify the order that you want your pictures to appear in and, if applicable, which category you want those pictures to go into. 
3. Mail it using a standard disk mailer.
